We believe our superior Stewart Island Cold Smoked Salmon is the very best available on the market due to our traditional preparation method prepared with care and expertise which sets it apart from many others.
As an artisan product, our cold smoked salmon is prepared in limited batches 2 – 3 times per week and shipped fresh to your door. To retain it’s delicate flavour and freshness we do not slice our salmon as it tends to loose it’s beautiful oil. We then ship the product as full sides or several smaller vacuum packs to make up 1kg or more in total weight.
